ATM X RAY - X

ATM X RAY–X - it is a new generation X-ray fluorescence spectrometer that solves a wide range of analytical tasks at a high level.
It is equipped with a high-performance semiconductor detector with electronic cooling, an ultrashort low-loss light path, a high-voltage excitation source, an independent cooling air supply channel, an automatic vacuum/helium switching system and an automatic rotary carousel for multiple images (with the option of rotating the sample). ATM X RAY-X provides high sensitivity, accuracy, intelligence and efficiency than similar models.
Main application: multi-element analysis of any material, including analysis of alloys, mining materials, detection of dangerous elements in food, feed, cosmetics, plastics.

The principle of operation

The principle of operation of the spectrometer is based on the analysis of the characteristic X-ray fluorescence spectra of radiation occurring in the measured sample under the influence of X-ray radiation.

The high-voltage power supply generator of the X-ray tube provides a stable supply voltage. X-ray tube radiation (primary X-ray radiation) irradiates the samples. The samples then emit fluorescent characteristic X-ray radiation. The fluorescent characteristic X-ray radiation of the sample is received by a semiconductor detector, amplified and fed into a multichannel pulse spectrometer compatible with a personal computer. Control of the spectrometer, selection of measurement modes and parameter control, processing of X-ray radiation spectra, obtaining measurement results in units of quantities characterizing the content of the component, or in intensities (relative intensities) of spectral lines of X-ray radiation is carried out using a computer using special programs.

To measure the contents of light elements in powders or liquids, you can use a switch between vacuuming (for powders) and helium supply (for liquids).
