Hardware function description
The hardware part of the HNF-B portable viscometer is mainly composed of a maincase, detection sensor, touch display, small printer, function buttons (power buttonand start/stop button) and AC socket.
Software Function Description
There are three main functions of the software:

--Print. Operation process
- - Turn on the power switch of the device;
-- Wipe the sensor detection area to prepare for detection;
- - Click the "Start Stop" button on the screen or the "Start Stop" button on the panelto start the operation;
- The system automatically enters the "preheating" state, when the oil passagetemperature reaches 40±0.5°C, the system automatically enters the "oil injection"state;
-- When the system enters the "oil filling" state, the system prompts the user to"inject oil sample..." At this time, disposable pipette can be used to absorb the oilsample to be detected, and the oil sample is continuously dropped into thedetection tank;
-- Wait for the completion of the test;
-- After the sample test is completed, the current kinematic viscosity value will beautomatically displayed on the screen;
- - The user can record or print the test data, or enter the setting interface forviscosity correction;
- - If you need to test again, wipe the sensor detection area and restart the test;

Precautions for Use
When detecting the same sample, the first 2 groups of detection data should beeliminated, at least 3 times of detection data should be taken, and the average valueshould be taken as the final structure; When dropping into the sample, ensure that there are no bubbles in the samplepool, otherwise the test result will be affected; When conducting sample testing, ensure that the equipment is in a horizontal stateto ensure that the sensor is in a vertical state of detection; Do not use paper that can produce lint to wipe the sensor detection area;
